Do You Love Sailing?

RCRA welcomes new members.  We will help you learn Sail Racing.

Established in 1970, Rock Creek Racing Association was formed to promote Sailboat Racing on the Patapsco River, just east of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

For over 40 years, we've offered the opportunity for Cruisers to become Racers.

All types of boats and sailors of all skill levels are welcome.  No matter how long you have or have not sailed, a season of racing will teach you more about sailing than you know. Handicaps, or PHRF ratings, are assigned to every boat.  The more you learn, the better your result.  No matter what position you finish, you will have a great time!
